The NH Council for the Social Studies is excited to bring you an extremely exciting state conference this year.  The conference will be held on Friday, November 3rd, at the Radisson Hotel in Nashua.

We are pleased to announce this year’s Keynote Speakers will delivered by our special invited guests John and Mary Beth Tinker, Cathy Kuhlmeier-Frey, and David Hudson.  There will be 27 sessions participants can choose from over 3 different breakout sections.  Also, there will be a buffet lunch that will offer a number of delicious selections.

This year’s conference is content driven for all levels.  You will find a number of wonderful presenters both on the state and national level.  There is something for everyone!

Also,  a unique event has also been planned in conjunction with our state conference.  The NH Council for the Social Studies has partnered with The NH Institute for Civics Education, Constitutionally Speaking, The NH Historical Society, the NH Bar Fellows Foundation and the NH Humanities to bring an evening conversation with John and Mary Beth Tinker, Cathy Kuhlmeier-Frey and David Hudson. This event will be held at the Concord Auditorium on Thursday, November 2nd, from 6-7:30 PM and will be free of charge.  Tickets will be required so look for event notifications.

We look forward to seeing you at an energized and exciting two days in November!
--Dave Alcox
